Join us for Family Day on Saturday 29 August as we open the doors of our new Campus Pictet de Rochemont. Bring your loved ones to enjoy a day filled with fun activities for all ages, delicious food and a festive atmosphere. Explore our most distinctive spaces and discover what makes Pictet’s culture unique. Under the theme ‘From Heritage to Horizon’, we look forward to welcoming you and helping you create lasting memories together.

Programme

Family Day is a special event for our Switzerland-based staff and their guests, offering a day of celebration and surprises. To make sure everyone has a safe and comfortable experience, the event will be split into three identical time slots (10:00-13:00, 12:00-15:00 and 14:00-17:00). This way, we can welcome all our guests.

Accompanying guests can see where you work and explore hidden corners of the Campus. There is something for everyone, from entering a lucky draw to joining guided tours to learn more about our culture, to enjoying performances by Pictet talents and taking in the panoramic views from the 22nd floor. Younger guests can look forward to a day packed with fun activities.

All activities and experiences will be the same in each time slot. Choose the time that suits you best and enjoy the full Family Day experience.

Practical information

Location

The event will take place at the Campus Pictet de Rochemont, in our Acacias 48, 60, 66 buildings.

Access

  • By tram: 15 & 17: “Pictet-Thellusson” tram stop

  • By train: “Lancy-Pont-Rouge” station

  • By bicycle: dedicated indoor parking in Acacias 66 and outdoor

We strongly encourage you to use public transport. Car parking is very limited: only parking 66 will be open (S3 and S4) for monthly pass–holders. Exceptions for reduced mobility or major necessity may be requested by sending an email to familyday2026@pictet.com.

Please note: any parking or public transport expenses incurred to attend this event will not be covered.

Visitor guidelines

As we are expecting many visitors, please arrive with your guests at your assigned time slot and leave when your slot ends. You are responsible for your guests and must stay with them throughout your visit, from check-in to exit.

On the day, everyone will need to check in using a QR code, which you will receive by email after registering. This QR code will cover both you and your guests. At check-in, each guest will receive a wristband to wear for the whole visit.

If needed, you can modify your registration until Wednesday 19 August.

Our Family Day culinary experience, themed ‘From Heritage to Horizon’, takes you on a journey that celebrates both our local roots and global reach, inspired by Pictet’s offices around the world. Throughout the day, you will find a variety of options, with offerings tailored to different times and tastes.

FAQ

Who is invited?

All employees working at Pictet in Switzerland as of 31 May 2026 are invited to attend Family Day with their loved ones.

Is there a limit on who I can register as guests (“companions” in the registration form)?

If you are registering over 4 guests (companions), they must be your children and partner (to be confirmed at registration). For smaller groups, you may also include other close relatives.

Can I bring my accompanying guests to my desk?

Yes, all employees may show their workspace to their guests. Please note that some areas will have additional security measures.

What is the full programme?

More details will be shared closer to the event.

What are the visitor guidelines and check-in rules?

Check-in on the day of the event is mandatory for all attendees and must be completed together with any accompanying guest.

What if I am volunteering, presenting or working at the event (registration and check-in procedure)?

If you are participating as a volunteer, event manager, expert, or as part of an activity, please register and select the time slot when your guests will be present. On the day, you will receive a special wristband upon arrival, but you must be present at check-in when your accompanying guests arrive.

What should I do if I do not want my children to appear in photos or videos of the event?

We will ensure that group photos do not include close-ups and will avoid any means of identifying children. If you do not want your children to be photographed or filmed, please feel free to inform the photographer or cameraman on site. For any external use, we will make sure that no child’s face is visible or recognisable on our communication materials.
